I/we understand and agree to make full payment of course(s) and/or service(s) prior to the course date. I/we understand and agree that such payment will be forfeit in the event of cancellation with less than 3 business days written notice. I/we also understand and agree to forfeit all fees in the event that the registrant(s) does/do not arrive at the designated class or arrives after classes have commenced. Late arrivals will not be permitted to partake in studies and will need to re-register and pre-pay. Touches of Safety reserves the right to retain certificates until course fees are paid in full.
